SOOL JIB

SOOL JIB translates directly to drinking establishment, or more colloquially, sool house. Sool is a blanket term which encompasses the entire breadth of traditional Korean alcohols. In Korea, this category is focused on its drinking culture, accompanied by food. One of the most popular forms of social spaces in Korea, it is known for its unique focus on conversation and society, and is ingrained in the culture as a place where partying, mingling, and conversation manifests amongst its guests.

SEOUL SALON will be our reimagining of that energy in NYC, representing the social culture of modern Seoul through the distinctly Korean ‘SOOL JIB’ culture.
